• The school fees are to be paid in advance by the 15th of each month. Fees for May are due early by March 15th even by those who leave the school in April.
  • The receipt for payment of fees will be given with the fee receipt. Parents and guardians should check this receipt on the day of payment of fees. Absence of entry of fees paid or any other irregularity should be brought to the notice of the Principal immediately. The school will not be responsible if the above is not complied within two days of payment.
  • Parents or Guardians unable to pay the fees on the specified day shall write to the Principal on the same day stating when they will settle the accounts. If the fees are not paid by the 15th of each month the pupil will be fined and is liable to be sent home.
  • Fees must also be paid for the months during which the pupil’s name has been carried forward on the register, even if the pupil has been absent during these months.
  • No pupil will be allowed to sit for the final examination unless all the fees are fully paid. 
  • The intended withdrawal of a child should be notified in writing at least a month in advance by the parent or guardian otherwise his/her name will continue to be on the register and the corresponding fee will be charged.
