Welcome to the Online Application Portal for Mount Carmel KG
- Application for academic year 2017-18 for the Junior KG class will be ONLINE ONLY. The online application portal for Jr. KG admissions will open on the 9th of January 2017 and will remain open until the 9th of February, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. No applications will be accepted after this date.
- The applicant must be born between 1 August 2012 to 31 July 2013
Documents for Child
- Municipal Birth Certificate (in English)
- Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 MM).
- Family photo (3 inch x 2 inch)
- Baptism certificate of the child – in case of Christians/Catholics only
- Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name) – optional
- Medical Certificate – compulsory in case of disability
Documents for Parents/Guardians
- Ration card of family/Telephone bill/Electricity Bill/Passport (same ID can be used for mother & father)
- Aadhar card of father/guardian
- Aadhar card of mother/guardian
- Qualification Certificate
- Leaving Certificate (If Father was ex-student)
Selection Process
You will be informed via SMS of the status of your application as well as via the school website.
Note: Please DO NOT Disturb the School authorities during the entire application process.
