Annual Prize Distribution Day 2016

St. Aloysius High School celebrated its annual day on the 27th of August 2016. It was an occasion for the students to showcase their talents through dance and music, guided ably by the teachers. The programme began with the arrival of our Chief guest Rev. Fr. Valerian D’Souza SFX, Director of the Father Agnel Technical Complex , Bandra and the guests of Honour, Mr and Mrs Santosh Phatak, parents of our SSC 2016 topper Miss Priyanka Phatak who were welcomed by our Manager Rev Fr. Reuben Tellis, Headmistress Mrs. Clera Almeida and Supervisor Mrs.

Celebrating Independence Day

Freedom is not a gift, it is an achievement. On the 70th Independence Day, St. Aloysius High School along with the parishioners of the Church of our Lady of Mount Carmel celebrated the event giving it profound significance.

          Our Manager, Rev. Fr. Reuben Tellis along with Headmistresses of the Primary and Secondary Sections and the Supervisor were welcomed to the event with the school band playing a lively tune, trained by Sir Brijesh.

A Memorable Day at St. Aloysius - Our Manager’s Birthday

The 15th Of March is a red letter day for St. Aloysius High School. It is the day we celebrate the Birthday of Rev. Fr. William Athaide, our manager and Parish Priest.

The Celebration began with the Eucharist. We began with the main celebrant Fr. William Athaide walking in procession to Altar with the Flag bearers of the School Flag and of the Four Houses. The Teachers also came in the procession. Fr. William preached an awe inspiring homily.

Republic Day Celebration

Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and national favour by the staff and the students of St. Aloysius High School, Bandra. The national flag was unfurled by our manager Rev. Fr. William Athaide followed by the march past by the students of the secondary section. This was followed by a cultural programme.

A speech in English was delivered by Velancia Quinny of the secondary section. Fatima Shaikh of std. IV delivered a speech in Marathi. The secondary choir entertained the crowd with a Hindi patriotic song .

St. Aloysius High School had its Investiture Ceremony on 23rd June, 2015 at 10:15 a.m. This auspicious day began with a mass for the staff and students. It is a traditon at St. Aloysius High School to have the Investiture Ceremony on the feast day of our patron saint. This year we followed the same and had the solemn ceremony in the hall. The entire school was present.

Pilgrimage to Mount Mary...

Students of St. Aloysius High School, bandra began their pilgrimage to Mount Mary from St. Aloysius High School at 8.30 a.m. on 17th September, 2014. It was a joyful experience because they spent time in prayer while walking the steps of Mount Mary.

A special mass was conducted for students and staff by Aloysian's Fathers where the value of obedience was emphasized by Rev. Fr. Lenny Noronha.

After mass all the students and staff venerated the statue of Mother Mary of Mount and then they went to enjoy in the fair.

Teacher's Day Celebration

The Teachers' Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at St. Aloysius High School,Bandra. All the teachers of the school were honoured by Rev. Fr. William Athaide, manager of the school, for their commitment and dedication to the cause of education. He urged them to lead a healthy and disciplined life and create a healthy environment.

The programme began with a prayer service. Then, the students made the stage come alive with wonderful dances. In the end, the principal thanked all the students and wished that the students would be great future builders of their nation.
