Independence Day Celebration 2011

Today, 15th August 2011, St. Aloysius High School, Bandra, celebrated 64th Independence Day in the school quadrangle with great enthusiasm by the Pre- Primary, Primary and Secondary school students, Staff, Principals of both the sections, Church Fathers and the parishioners. Flag was hoisted at 8:00 a.m. by our acting manager Rev. Fr.Byron Mendonca. The speeches were delivered by secondary students in English and Hindi. Patrioticsongs were sung by Secondary, Primary and Pre-Primary students.

Closure Of Centenary Celebration

St. Aloysius High School, proudly celebrated 100 years! The year long centenary celebrations ended with a two day extravaganza of drama, music and dance on the 29th January,2011 and a repeat performance on 30th January, 2011. It was a great weekend - students, ex-students, parents, staff, parishioners and well-wishers were all there to cheer each other for a job well done!
Bishop Bosco Penha was the Chief Guest on saturday.

Inauguration of the Centenary Year

St. Aloysius High School, celebrated their 100 years Jubilee day with a lively programme of songs and dances on their school grounds i.e. the quadrangle of Mt. Carmel Church, Bandra (W).

The Centenary Year commenced with the symbolic ringing of the school bells. A hundred colourful gas balloons were released accompanied by a brilliant fire work display.
